A beautiful villa with panoramic sea view in Kubbeli Evler Site, Gerişaltı, Yalıkavak. There are 26 homes (13 twins) in the site. A large communal pool is located next to the forest. The site has a Turkish Bath and a sauna also (they are not in service yet).

Communal car park is more than enough so that 2-3 places for each home is available.

This house has a guest flat which has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen. You may rent out this flat separately.

The building has been completely renewed this year with the best material. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets from "Bodrum Mutfak".

Faucets, shower systems and sanitaryware are from Franke, Artema and Vitra. Shower cabinets in all bathrooms are from Hüppe. Sinks in both kitchens are from Franke.

Windows and balcony doors are Schüco made with ultraviolet filter glasses. A Hürsan made large fireplace (125cm. width) with "heat-room" and lifting shutter heats all the house with a great view.

White goods are from Whirlpool and Bosch. Five Toshiba Inverter air-condationers for both heating and cooling in all rooms make living in the house comfortable. The main door is made of steel and is multilock system.

Living room and three other rooms are covered with tiles.

A water purify system for all the house and reverse osmosis system for kitchen usage (drinkable) supply best quality water for free. There is a large barbecue in the balcony where you can have your launch and dinner.

The garden is maintained regularly. There are trees like lemon, tangerine, apricot, pear, plum, pomegranate, pine trees... Grass is watered automatically. There is an advanced alarm system in this building.
